Who's who

Mary plays the organ at Sproxton and occasionally at Helmsley, and is secretary of the Mothers' Union. Before becoming a farmer's wife, she was an infant school teacher first in Leeds and then at Kirkbymoorside. She is married to Denis and they have two adult daughters. Her interests include sequence dancing, gardening and, most recently, art classes.
